The Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is a small group of innovative and passionate customers who are driving CampusESP forward.

By partnering with CampusESP’s Product Team and Executive Team, the CAB ensures that we deliver the features and processes our customers need to thrive in CampusESP and higher ed.

The Customer Advisory Board:

  • Shapes CampusESP’s strategic direction by discussing market trends and opportunities – and how we can address them

  • Provides feedback on the product roadmap and new features to ensure CampusESP is making the biggest impact possible

  • Connects CampusESP more closely to the work our customers do every day

The CAB is designed to represent the diversity of the customers we serve,
in institution type, size, region, modules used, and time with CampusESP.

CAB members will serve either a 12- or 18-month term, with the option to continue after their first term. We aim to welcome new voices while maintaining continuity.

Life of a CAB Member:

  • Attendance and active participation at a quarterly, virtual, two-hour CAB meeting 

  • About 30 minutes per month of your time testing features, completing feedback surveys, or communicating with our team

  • Help CampusESP improve processes all across all departments, improve the customer experience, and be a better company
