  • Our annual charge depends on two factors: size of your college (measured by undergraduate FTE) and features deployed. Features such as SMS capabilities and FERPA management are additional costs.

  • Implementation of the base communication platform generally takes 3 weeks. No IT support is required. For additional features, such as SIS integration, IT support and additional time is required.

  • Our philosophy from day one has been that we need to prove the value of parent engagement to you continuously. If the platform is not delivering the results you need, you can always opt to not renew your contract.
