Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a high energy marketer to help us scale our growth engine. Part project manager, part problem solver, part passionate promoter, this role will own demand generation marketing initiatives that showcase our value and drive business impact and revenue. You’ll be a crucial member of our team building awareness in our market, using powerful storytelling to increase awareness, create excitement, and build pipeline. You’ll report to the Vice President of Marketing and work in collaboration with the entire company.

Our perfect candidate is a go-getter who enjoys identifying opportunities and bringing together teams to build, launch, and scale solutions. You come to the table with solid storytelling, organization, and analyzation skills, but find excitement in learning something new when the need arises. You lean into the creative and surprising, but always circle back to the data and metrics to confirm what’s working and iterate as needed. You’ll enjoy helping us dream up the new and exciting ways we’ll spread the word about CampusESP and bringing them to life.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Designing, launching, and monitoring campaigns to continually engage our target audience and showcase the value of our position and product

  • Growing current and identifying new acquisition channels, including PPC, paid social, digital advertising, and ABM approaches

  • Managing lead identification and data, including attribution, conversion, and velocity

  • Owning special marketing projects and initiatives, serving as project manager, ensuring alignment between teams, and delivering assets that meet company goals

  • Tracking campaign and program performance, facilitating data-informed decision making to continually raise the bar and spur growth

  • Collaborating with other marketing team members to develop creative, innovative, and fun initiatives that set the CampusESP brand apart

Qualifications:

  • You have 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B (higher education and/or SaaS experience a plus).

  • You have developed multi-channel campaigns and strategies, and understand how to balance consistent messaging across different channels.

  • Demand gen is your jam. You get the concept of providing value first and pushing a product second, and know if you do the first well, the second comes easier.

  • You are a team builder, helping individuals from various departments align on project goals and deliver stellar results.

  • You’re comfortable digging into metrics and analytics, using them to inform decisions, and owning your performance against company KPIs.

  • You love to think outside the box. Why do the same old thing when you can bring something exciting and surprising to life?

  • The “start-up life” is appealing to you. You’re excited by the prospect of working with a small team, getting to try your hand at new things, and seeing the real impact of your efforts.

  • You’re highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in HubSpot.
